How It Works:
- Sign up with Rellevate on Keep Safe Care Direct
- Sign up is super easy, you will see this link under Banking Information on your Keep Safe Care Direct profile:
- Click that link and you will see a new dialog box appear like below:
- Make sure to turn the share my birth date button to Yes and check the Terms and Conditions box like below, then click the GET STARTED bar.
Upon clicking the GET STARTED WITH RELLEVATE button, you will see a confirmation dialog instructing you to check your email.
- Now Check your email
- You will see an email from Rellevate in your inbox like below
- Press the Click Here link in the email to get started.
- Rellevate will send you a code via email to get started.
- Complete your profile on Rellevate site
- Complete your profile on Rellevate.
- Once your Rellevate profile is complete, return to your Keep Safe Care Direct account
- Rellevate is now your default bank
- You should now see Rellevate as your default bank account. If not, log out and log in to your account again.
- You can now transfer funds from Rellevate to your bank account if you wish at this time. You will also AUTOMATICALLY see your pay check deposited into your account upon approval of your time sheet from admin.
- You will have a virtual debit card for your smart phone that can be tokenized into your Apple, Google & Samsung wallet immediately. You will then receive a physical card delivered to your home in 5-7 days after signing up.
- Please note that you can transfer funds from Rellevate to your primary bank account at any time.
